Refund policy
To start, we are proud of our products and stand behind them. Not just that but we also want you to love what you receive from us and to that end we offer 90 Days Satisfaction Guarantee on everything we sell (except for "Non-returnable and non-refundable" items below)
Some additional details are below:
Pre-orders:
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before we ship it to you and receive a full refund, including any fees. Once we ship it, all preorders are still subject to our 90 Days Satisfaction Guarantee
Returns:
Once we ship and you receive your order, we want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return of any item within 90 days of receiving it. At that time you may request a refund or exchange (see Exchanges below.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, have all the tags and otherwise be in the same condition that you received it.
Non-returnable and non-refundable items:

Returns Processing:
After we receive your return, we allow up to 14 business days from that date to process it for exchange or refund. In most cases the returns are processed faster, though in some special cases it may take longer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will verify that it is unwashed, unused, and has all the tags. As long as the item is resellable, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days, in most cases.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item returned not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders and refund payment at any time, without a prior warning but with notification at the time of the cancellation and refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
It usually takes 2 to 5 business days for a bank to receive a refund.
If you don't see a refund after that time, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund transaction is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@theundress.com and we will look into the status for you
Exchanges (if applicable)
As long as we have stock, we will replace any items you don't love due to fit, defects or damages. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@theundress.com. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions at that time.
Returning gifts
If the item you are returning was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, once we receive and accept it we will email you an electronic gift credit equal to the value of that item.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
Shipping Costs:
USA Shipments: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If you request an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs of sending it to you.
International Shipments: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, whether it's an exchange or a return. If you request an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs of sending it to you.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. Most domestic shipments arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Most international shipments arrive within 6 to 10 business days. There are exceptions to both
When returning the items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that the items you are returning will arrive to us.
